Broadleaf Tree Services
was founded in February 2004 by Matthew Boast (Matt).
After leaving his
teaching post in the Arboricultural Department at
Merrist Wood College, Matt was an instructor for
two years taking students on a ten week tree surgery
course along side Jack Kenyon.
Matt has in excess
of ten year's climbing experience, working with well
respected companies such as TreeMasters, The Royal
Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council and Fountains
on various utility contracts.
As a qualified arborist,
Matt achieved his 10 week Tree Surgery for Craftsmen
Certificate at Merrist Wood and gained his National
Diploma at Sparsholt College.
Broadleaf Tree Services
aims to set high standards of administration as well
as on-site discipline with strict implementation
of Health and Safety and Risk Assessment.
Broadleaf Tree Services
runs regular training programs for its staff. These
training sessions are aimed at providing personal
motivation, self-confidence and job satisfaction.
They are run with the help of Liam McKewon of Treevolution
and within the guidelines of the Arboricultural Association.
